The Gorgeous Fesler Built 1969 “Draco” Camaro is Worth a Drool

- in Cars

This 1969 Chevy Camaro named “Draco” is a special project completed by Fesler Built out of Scottsdale, Arizona. This unique ride has received attention from several magazines and was showcased at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fesler Built is very well known throughout and beyond the industry as a top notch company who is able to build any project you can dream up.

Chris Fesler and his crew take pride in their work and it shows in the finished project. They have done a variety of builds from “Resto Rods” and modern muscle cars that have been souped up with all the right extras to separate you from the ride of the “guy-next door”.

Anyone who has had major work done to their vehicle at a shop might wonder about the process leading up to the completed project. One might wonder how meticulous and thorough the technicians who did the work were with the project. This curiosity is especially natural when a customer is spending the kind of money it takes to fund a full restoration project. Fesler Built may not be the least expensive option for a restoration build. However, they are worth every penny if you want to be assured that the job is done right the first time.

Fesler Built takes the extra step of giving the customer a book of 100+ photos of the vehicle after the project is completed. In this book, they’re showing off their work with nothing to hide from the customer. This book effectively displays to the customer the type of work they do and provides a step by step photographic timeline of how the vehicle was completed. Below is a quote taken from the Fesler Built website:
“You get what you pay for, and with a Fesler Built car every nut and bolt is replaced . We don’t just tell you that, we show you in very detailed pictures”

A fine example of the work Fesler Built can do is the “Draco”. This extraordinary 1969 Camaro has as many extras as you can think up and then some! The shop started this project out with an original 1969 car with all original parts. Fesler Built stated that if you want to maximize the value of the project, this is the way to go, as oppose to beginning with an aftermarket body and spending hundreds of hours to develop a product comparable to an all original car. Here’s a list of a few (but definitely not all) of the features that make “Draco” a one of a kind machine:

-Gm Performance Parts Crate 572 engine
-4L80E Transmission
-Fesler Built metal dash for Auto Meter Gauges
-Dakota Digital Air Ride control
-19 Inch Fesler FS 901 3 piece black centered wheels
-Currie 9″ rear
-Sanderson headers
-3″ Flowmaster Exhaust
